litigation involved five parties with cross claims relating to the twenty-two
million dollars in damages resulting from an explosion and fire which damaged
the world's most prominent animal genetic breeding facility. The KemlightCorporation was the
manufacturer of a compound which ignited during an application procedure
alleged to have been inadequate by the Defendant Kemlight Corporation. In deposition, Defendant's expert
Robinson provided testimony concerning group dynamics factors in the workplace
and human and cultural factors in the readability and comprehension of printed
and illustrated instructions. A
settlement satisfactory to the Defendant was effected.
