Dr. Robinson has conducted more than fifty child custody evaluations and has also served as a Court appointed Guardian ad litem for children. These emotionally charged matters are often complicated by allegations of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Dr. Robinson's expertise (see Publications List) in these related areas have been most useful to the Court and the parties involved. Just as every child is unique, every child custody situation has its particular aspects and circumstances. In the course of his practice, Dr. Robinson has been involved in custody matters involving such issues as homosexuality and its effects on children, false allegations of sexual abuse, change of residence to distant locations, and the peculiar dynamics of physician parent versus physician parent and lawyer parent versus lawyer parent.
